Dissatisfied with Nelsonkeyz's touching message and call for unity in the video, The gang didn't disclose the reason for the visit but it's assumed that it was in connection with the said video where the singer discouraged any secession attempt which was a threat to National unity...
Few days ago, Nelsonkeyz released a fast trending music lyrics video online titled "Nigeria Through My Eyes". The song preaches about peace,hope and unity for the country Nigeria. The singer highlighted some points expressing the disappointments in which the Nation failed its citizens calling on the leaders to be steadfast in driving the Nation towards it's goal in fulfilling it's motto...
Nelsonkeyz also implied the citizens to remain patriotic and discouraged any activities of any group in trying to create division against the nation's sovereignty.
It was gathered that the singer appeared not to be in town so the gang was confronted by one his associates (names withheld) instead. They refused to reveal their motives but tried to convince the Singer's associate into disclosing his location but their request was met with stiff rebuffs. The scene drew attention as a little mob gathered which prevented the situation from possibly turning violent. The gang quickly dispersed...
An Eyewitness (names withheld) informed the general public to disregard any activities of any violent person or group claiming to be sympathetic to the Biafra cause.
He said "Pls I want everyone to ignore these misguided miscreants who are out to taint the image of this group, IPOB will never resort to violence to achieve it's aim. Though it pains me to see some of our young people still pledging support to Nigeria's unity despite the marginalization of the south east. I urge you to stand by us as we'll soon achieve our freedom.
