In the climax of the ongoing heated argument about tithing, A young artiste named Darlen Wonder popularly known as "Wonderboy" resorted to social media to clamp at those who discourage christians from tithing.
The Phenomenal crooner took sides with G.Os and claimed that anyone who doesnt pay or discourage tithe paying does so out of envy against the wealth of the Pastors who collects the tithes.

This Issue about tithing have been going on for sometime now, I've thought about it and I feel like adding my voice to it...
Firstly, Your pastor is your shepherd and we all know that They are always there for us, Whenever you seek counseling, who do you turn to? ,when you are threatened by circumstances, Who do you call?, When you're having health challenges ,Who do you go to for prayers?, Its your Pastor of course.
So why attack Men of God simply because you know they control the Oblations from the Church. Does it mean that You only remember Your Pastor whenever your village people start dancing OneCorner on your destiny or when they start playing tricks on you in your dreams, Should you hesitate to obey a biblical instruction just because you think The Pastor is benefiting from it, Abi Pastor no go chop?, are you that wicked. Hold onto that...
Next, We should understand that the bigger the Church the bigger the bills and the bigger the pressure, Most of us don't know how much it costs to run a church everyday, We don't know the amount of money spent to fuel the generator just for a Sunday service, All the church staffs are being paid peanuts and still the responsibility falls on the Pastor.
Interestingly, Much of the wealth owned by G.Os are not the tithes collected from their members, they come as freewill gifts from individuals who've been favoured by God through the Pastor's blessings.
Then ask yourself, if it were you,Will you be comfortable living off proceeds from your fellow men and still have the balls to call yourself a Man. That in itself is a burden, Surprisingly Many Men of God never dreamed of becoming Pastors while they were growing up, Many still wish they could be just church members. It takes courage, bravery and humility to accept the divine call.
So Brethren, Before you criticize Men of God, Try putting on their shoes and see how they fit, Bear the burden for some weeks and see how it feels...
Finally, Tithing is an instruction from God,Please Pay your tithes for your own good and for the sake of the ministry, Get involved in other partnership arms and let's move the ministry forward ...
